In addition, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower, ideal for freshening up comfortably after a swim in the pool or a day in the sun. The property is fenced and offers total privacy. The interior is arranged over two floors and has a very cozy and practical style, with all the comforts needed to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Upon entering, you will find the living-dining room, with a rustic country-style atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. You can watch the Smart TV with satellite channels or enjoy a film on the DVD player. The gas kitchen has all the utensils needed to prepare your favourite dishes. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms, all with wardrobes, low-energy radiators and air conditioning. One has two single beds, the second has a double bed, and the third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. A full bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the house. Finally, the house has a laundry room adapted for bicycles, where you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is heating in all rooms. The house is located in Pollença, a beautiful village with agreat history. You can get lost through its streets, visit "El Calvario" and melt with locals at the village square, as well as taste the local cuisine at one of its great restaurants. Puerto de Pollensa is the nearest beach, with fine sand and crystalline waters, but you can also visit the nearby Cala Sant Vicent. It is also a ideal place for hikers and cycling lovers.
