Description
Imagine waking up in the morning and watching the sun slowly rise over the serene lake as you enjoy a cup of coffee and the soothing view. Then you take a refreshing dip in the lake and enjoy a delicious breakfast on the veranda. This brand new villa is a pearl in the middle of the enchanting 'Bernisse Nature Reserve' with a breathtaking view (180 degrees) over the large lake. The entire Zuytland Buiten park is located in the water and is surrounded by reed beds and forests.
The villa is equipped with all modern amenities and is stylishly furnished. The large windows and garden doors to the veranda ensure that the inside is completely connected to the outside. On the ground floor you will find the living room with lounge sofa and TV and a well-equipped open kitchen with induction stove. The climate system automatically cools down 4 degrees when needed. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet and walk-in shower. The spacious master bedroom has an 'ensuite bathroom'. Outside you will find a terrace covered by a veranda with garden furniture and parasol. You can charge and store electric bicycles in the storage room. There is parking for two cars right next to the door.
The area offers a wealth of outdoor activities. Discover the nature reserve from your villa by SUP, canoe, rowing or whisper boat. You can fish on your own swimming/fishing pier or choose another fishing hotspot nearby. Walking and cycling paths take you through the Bernisse or Beningerslikken nature reserve and past historic fortified towns such as Brielle and Hellevoetsluis.

Wat een geweldig uitje! Het huis had een rustieke charme en was uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden. We vonden vooral de gezellige veranda leuk voor onze ochtendkoffie,

Deze plek was perfect voor ons omdat we op zoek waren naar ontspanning, In de zomer is het waarschijnlijk druk vanwege de watersportmogelijkheden, Het zou geweldig zijn geweest in de winter als er ijs was om op de vijver te schaatsen, De natuur is prachtig, Bij de boer konden we verse melk en eieren krijgen, We hebben echt genoten van de stilte, geen lawaai of iets dergelijks, Geweldige locatie!
Prachtige nieuwe woning, comfortabele bedden, Maar er was geen toiletpapier of zeep bij aankomst, Het park is een grote bouwplaats en daardoor moeilijk toegankelijk
Voor ons was het een ideale plek om te ontspannen, In de zomer is deze locatie vast populair vanwege de watersportmogelijkheden, In de winter zou het fantastisch zijn als er ijs ligt om te schaatsen op de vijver, De natuur is prachtig, De boer verkoopt verse melk, eieren, en meer, We hebben echt genoten van de rust, geen geluidsoverlast of iets dergelijks, Geweldige locatie!
