On the Coo side, Stavelot, La Gleize, Stoumont, Trois-Ponts, which are full of all kinds of activities and large forests for walking, and on the Spa side, the spa town, casino, Spa-Francorchamps circuit, shops and bars. A 15-minute drive will give you access to all amenities. The village is quiet and the house is located along a side lane. The garden is very well orientated, with views over the countryside. At the rear of the house, the garden has a terrace with dining table and charcoal BBQ, a covered jacuzzi heated all year round (switched off between 10pm and 6am), a petanque court and a wooden swing for children. At the front, in the communal courtyard, you will have 2 private parking spaces in front of the house. Semi-detached house with three dwellings (1 gîte and 2 flats) and direct neighbours.
