At the rear of the house, the garden has a terrace with dining table and charcoal BBQ, a covered jacuzzi heated all year round (switched off between 10pm and 6am), a petanque court and a wooden swing for children. At the front, in the communal courtyard, you will have 2 private parking spaces in front of the house. Semi-detached house with three dwellings (1 gîte and 2 flats) and direct neighbours.
