Very spacious villa with a beautiful pool and nice bar. Lots to do, table tennis, foosball, darts, pool,.... Perfect for 5 couples with children.

Had a good time, friendly people, fairly satisfied, but that is mainly due to poor maintenance. The wooden deck is especially dangerous, many boards are covered with mesh that is curled up in places. My daughter fell over it and broke her arm. We couldn't see the added value of the mesh. The step from the house to the pool is also dangerous; when you step there, you should be glad to get off without falling. The faucet in the kitchen is loose and provides little water.

Great for us as a large group with both big and small children.

Great house and a great vacation

Spacious house, with many possibilities!

We stayed with 17 persons (8 adults and 9 children) and had a more than excellent stay. The house was great and clean and we all loved the layout of the house with all it's different rooms and of course the central room that had a nice and cozy bar. The swimming pool and garden were perfect for the kids and there were lots of things to do in the neighbourhood. Our host Amaury was very friendly and helpful and also assisted when we had car trouble just before departure. All in all a place to recommend when you want to have a relaxing weekend with family or friends. One tip however: bring your own pans if you are planning to cook yourself. The ones in the house were quite old.

The house is quite outdated and some things are loose or broken here and there ... also very unfortunate that the information regarding the bedding was incorrect ... this cost us € 100 ... costs that would not have been necessary if they were correct on your website been. On your site bed linen is included and upon arrival (so without bed linen) they tell us that these are not included and cost us €9 per set (x11 is therefore €99). Due to incorrect information from you, therefore extra costs for us ... it would therefore be very nice if you could perhaps give an allowance or the like for this unfortunate incident. For the rest had a nice holiday.

This holiday home is not very new, but it is very big, clean,much bigger than the one in the photo, and has everything you need. The location is very good, and it is very close to the attractions. It is very suitable for bringing children. I think the energy is Very chemo for 5 days -150€.

House was fantastic only the distance to the center was further than stated.

It is a house where we came with the family for the 2nd time. The first time was about 13 years ago. Nothing has changed. That means that many things are outdated and/or worn out. Both interior and exterior. That is why the price / quality is no longer in proportion. A lounge set in the garden would be very nice because in addition to a fine dining table with benches, there is nothing. The owner is super friendly. Nevertheless, we had a nice and pleasant weekend thanks to a lovely swimming pool that was part of it.

great house. A bit outdated, table football and table tennis bats broken. Kitchen a bit small and induction does not work well. Beds are not all equally good, soft mattresses. But otherwise great. There are 2 bbq's, nice seating areas, very cool courtyard, beautiful swimming pool, many showers and toilets, beautiful pool table and the bar in the center of the house is very nice.

Very friendly welcome by the owner! Very nice indoor pool. Made use of the sauna every day! Super nice large picnic tables and beautiful garden! We were allowed to use the beautiful playground and football field of the owner! Nice house, but kitchen is very primitive! If you are really with 19 people, it is very difficult to cook for so many people! Fire works badly! Coffee machine works very slowly! Still had a nice holiday, despite the bad weather! Very nice environment! I would definitely recommend the house, but the kitchen should be modernized and more kitchen utensils should be available (deep plates for pasta!)

Pleasant stay in a house with more than enough space for a larger group. Located at the foot of a forest hill. Everything went according to plan, excellent communication with the owners.

Nice kitchen, well equipped, but the capacity of the hob too weak to cook for 14 people daily.

We stayed in this beautiful holiday home on the hottest days ever. The indoor pool was ideal on these tropical days. The pool was also lockable, important for the smallest grandchildren. The house itself remained blissfully fresh, so the perfect combination with the swimming pool. The kitchen is super well equipped. The entire domain was very quiet with beautiful surroundings. Supermarkets and bakers are nearby. The hostess was super friendly, she lives nearby and always willing to help, if needed. Always good to know. We had to give 100 euros for the final bill for water and gas / heating oil (will be kept from the deposit). we had a fantastic holiday with our children and grandchildren!

Spacious, clean accommodation. Friendly hostess. Clarity about meter readings etc. Swimming pool above expectations. Large courtyard. Beautiful sleeping areas with each private bathroom.

Beautiful house with really everything you need. Nice and warm pool, everything clean and well maintained. Very friendly reception by manager. Additional costs for gas, oil and light were not so bad because it was summer. Cozy living and dining room with bar and music system. We had a wonderful weekend !!

Awesome!!! What a perfect house. Have stayed here with 18 men from a football club. WK on television and in between swimming, table tennis, sauna or sitting at the bar. Price - quality very good. No weird reckoning afterwards. We have the deposit back, so assume that we can come again ... and we will certainly do!

the arrival was most friendly. Very nice gentleman who showed us the whole house. The accommadation great. And surroundings also great..We and our children and grandchildren have enjoyed.

Good reception, nice walks and activities in the region

It is a spacious house with enough space for 19 people. Near the forest for beautiful walks and mountain biking. The indoor pool was big enough and my grandchildren lived it out. The sauna was also a direct hit. Maybe some kitchen utensils have to be purchased. 1 colander and 1 refractory dish is a little with a large group but generally it was ok.

With such nice weather as last weekend, it's alluring well

We were prompt on time and everything on the spot was very good in order. The reception was pleasant there very friendly. We were given a good tour and correct arrangements were made. All elements of accommodation completely answered the description. The surroundings are pleasant and quiet, in the middle of the green in a small residential area.

Super home, everything you could wish was present and more than big enough so you do not sit together with a large group and this through many different rooms (billiard room, several lounges, bar, table tennis room ...) and the pool was a hit !!!

would be nice if there were some more cooker, sometimes worry if you have to cook for 14 people.

With 19 people staying at the villa and everything was well organized. Almost mention any negatives, except for a somewhat small kitchen. Which was a big disappointment is that there is no WiFi available in 2015 in the villa.

We have our family (18 people) spent a weekend at Le Clos d 'Henri Moulin. We have fine had to our liking. The house is fully equipped. Lots of space to pull yourself. Plenty of fun for all ages. Nice pool.

Great home for a big party with all different ages, everything was taken care of ready only the kitchen is not so practical for a large party and not everything was clean in the kitchen. Furthermore, a fantastic house.

Perfect house for a large group. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, pool table, table football, table tennis, .... Nice bar for the adults.

We were 19 people, consisting of baby 's, teens, twenties, secondary and 65+. The fun and fine in this house are several areas in which one can stay. Nobody walks each other's way and through the various spaces is no gegalm vote. And the bar is obviously violence ...

Holiday house for large group or family reunion !!

Large property with lots of amenities and tastefully decorated. Good and clean bathrooms. Entertainment for both young and older children in the form of a pool table, foosball, pool and playground. In short, an ideal residence for a large family.

A WIFI connection would be fine. For everything else was fine.
