The house has a barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a high chair. Up to 2 pets are allowed at the property. A bicycle shed has been specially designed for cyclists. A shower and a toilet can be found there.
The nearest airport is Brussels South Charleroi Airport.
No overflow, no party will be tolerated in order to guarantee the tranquility of the neighbors. Any disrespect or noise at night will mean immediate expulsion.

We share the same opinion as the last review (which only came up when we were there). The photos really give a distorted picture, this is not a garden but a terrace, dangerous for small children. The cutlery and glasses were really dirty, we first washed everything by hand. The whole week we washed by hand because we tried the dishwasher twice, but everything remained dirty, even if everything had been rinsed well before. The next tenants will have proper comfort. A lot of flies in when we arrived, unseen, nowhere fly windows. Bedrooms on the ground floor were cool to sleep. There is wifi but not everywhere, there is no telephone coverage in that place. So many fridges!
The house does not quite meet our expectations. The house is part of a complex with several holiday homes, so the feeling of freedom was not really present. In addition, it was not really spacious for 15 people. It was not clear to us that there were two floors (with the living room above) and that was not very convenient for our dogs. In addition, various things in the kitchen did not work properly, the dishwasher did not clean, the refrigerator was not really cold on arrival and the ice cubes and ice water did not work. In addition, the cutlery was really dirty and also difficult to get clean. What was also inconvenient was that there were not enough cups and glasses. The caretaker is also very nice and helpful. We regularly rent houses for a weekend away with two large families, but this is really not recommended.
The house is very spacious and fully equipped. Everything was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The owner lives around the corner and is very friendly. She stopped by when we arrived to give some explanation. The house is in a beautiful setting, we especially enjoyed a walk at Crêtes de Frahan, but you can also take beautiful walks directly from the house. And both children and adults have enjoyed the "game room" with Belgian billiards.
It is a very nice stay and everything was very clean. Too bad the owner was not present on arrival to give us a tour and extra explanation.Want the oven did not work, there was no product in the dishwasher, there was also too little toilet paper present.Ook a few basic things were not present such as dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper, rags and kitchen towels. We felt that this should be present. A lot of rules written down on paper, but then certain basic things were not present. There was also no wardrobe in 1 room which is very annoying of course. There was a nice garden but not so big, so not suitable for a dog, because it can also run along the side. We will not go back here soon because this house does not meet certain conditions for us.
Beautiful house and beautiful surroundings! Shame about the wifi but a few days without was also good!
It's a beautiful house. Plus many fridges, large freezer. Spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. (tip for owners: explain how to use the stove, outdoor heating, ice machine, radio, ...)
