This holiday home is ideal for several families or groups of friends. It is blessed with a wonderful location in the Ardennes, so hiking, cycling and nature lovers usually have a particularly good time here.
The house is in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, so you can start your days with a healthy morning walk through nature. Take a cycling or hiking tour of the region and in the evening visit one of the nearby restaurants (1.5 km).
The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave offers the chef at heart the opportunity to show off his/her cooking skills. Relax with a good book in the garden and end the day with a cup of tea on the charming terrace. Wi-Fi is available in the holiday home.
We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet and limit noise after 22:00 as much as possible.

old village pub this house really needs renovation, too bad. Extra costs to watch too.
We have had a nice week all in all. Upon arrival everything was still dirty, everything was full of flies, the spaghetti sauce was still in the jars and against the kitchen cupboard. The curtains in the bedrooms were almost all loose. The house is really outdated the settlement costs are very high! The jacuzzi and sauna are also old and not working properly. For this price you expect that at least everything is in order! Lucky that the environment is great.
Although the equipment is sufficient, the beds and rooms are very old. The problem with the electricity was frustrating. However, the manager and the owner of the house were very friendly and helpful.
Luxury holiday home in a former village pub with cinema Sourbrodt (Waimes) Ardennes, Liège, Liège-Spa-Malmedy-Stavelot and surroundings, High Fens, Belgium We expect a luxury holiday home as described in the photos, but the disappointment was very great, it is a dated house, very poorly maintained, both inside and outside.This should certainly not bear the title "LUXURY". Photos no longer reflect reality. of the flies and other insects, we had to buy insect spray.According to description there were 2 toilets on the ground floor, however 1 was closed with the text "out of order".Dangerous power cables and plugs at the bar.Lighting pool was broken , there was only 1 lamp on. Hot tub outdated and did not function properly because the controls were completely worn. It was advised to shower before using the pool d, however, there was no shower, nor a Turkish bath that according to description had to be present. Terrace and garden poorly maintained. BBQ could not be used, there was no umbrella but a broken umbrella base. Autumn leaves piled in the corners of the patio. Bocce courts overgrown with grass. Very high shrubs at the terrace. The photos show beautiful patio furniture, now there were weathered picnic tables. Bedrooms were also not luxurious, sanitary facilities were sometimes outdated, toilet seat loose and crooked, toilet bowl leak, bedroom curtains often hung on only a few rings and could not closed. Beds sagged. Despite the disappointment, we as a family made it a nice weekend, the cinema was great, the other games also functioned well. However, we are not used to renting a house with so much overdue maintenance and I was ashamed of my family that I had booked this house. As proof I took pictures of everything.
very good experience with this holiday home. elec, oil and water only 400EUR for 1 weekend. The manager had prepared 2 large barrels of stella at our request, the contacts were also very pleasant. Older house but clean and certainly the jacuzzi and pool were very clean.
