The house is situated in a quiet private area and only 2.5 km from the beaches, the harbour of Les Issambres in the bay of Saint Tropez (boat transfer to Saint Tropez from Les Issambres in 15min), and the Esterel at Roquebrune-Sur-Argenes. You can enjoy water sports in the area (sailing, jet skiing, and snorkeling) and there are beautiful beaches to relax on in the sun. The apartment is part of a beautiful complex, and it is about 3 minutes walking distance from the 3 big pool facilities each with a fantastic sea view, tennis courts, table tennis, beach volley, and basketball courts as well as a children’s playground.

This beautiful flat is air-conditioned and located on the ground floor. It has been completely renovated in the last 10 years and offers the perfect primal oasis for a good rest. The bedroom comes with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and sea and garden view as well as direct access to the south-facing outside terrace. The children’s bedroom features a double bed and single bed as well as a built-in wardrobe and direct access to a private bathroom and toilet. There is a large living room with a sofa and a dining room with an open modern kitchen including a breakfast bar. The WiFi and separate washing machine is also available. There is a possibility of parking in front and behind the house.
