The property features a large hall with a projection screen and overhead projector, ideal for events or meetings. Gedinne town center is just 7 km away for shopping and dining. In winter, enjoy cross-country skiing at Croix-Scaille (10 km). The home has central heating, a professional kitchen for banquets, and several terraces overlooking the Vallée de la Houille. A garden by the river, a swimming pond, and a barbecue area ensure a relaxing stay. Two children's beds and two high chairs are available. Parking is on-site. Need more space? Add the Espace du Meunier, a large reception hall with river views, a fireplace, kitchen, projector, table football, and lift, for €250/weekend (utilities and cleaning included). The kitchen must be cleaned before departure.
