Stay near river Ourthe in Maboge to enjoy a fabulous vacation. This 12-bedroom holiday home can accommodate a group of 30 or families with children and comes with a sauna, bubble bath and roofed terrace for a rejuvenating holiday. La Roche-en-Ardenne at 7 km has a museum, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. You can visit Nisramont at 8 km for fishing and kayaking. La Chouffe brewery at 12 km and Durbuy at 35 km are also worth a visit. Skiing is possible on the slopes of Baraque de Fraiture at 16 km and Samrée at 9 km. The apartment has both luxury and entertainment. The relaxation area has a jet stream and sauna while the playroom comes with table football, billiards and computer games. There is a bar to unwind, a cosy central heating and dining room with fireplace. Enjoy your evenings with a barbecue in the terrace with furnished garden. That wash table was broken the toilet bowl was loose and even more it needs a lot of repair in that house. I also took pictures of it

Despite the fact that there are many facilities available, the house is in need of a major makeover. Broken tiles, broken air, clogged toilet, etc. Lots of space to stay with a large group.

It is a fantastic place on a beautiful river from which you can enjoy a lovely walk. The house is large and equipped with all necessary furniture and sanitary facilities. Every year we go away with the whole family for a weekend. And there is also enough space for small children to play. The large terrace is also a wonderful place to sit outside by the water. The villages in the area are definitely worth a visit. A lovely house to return to again with a very helpful landlord.

arrival was fine. Good parking. pleasant reception good explanation in English. Interior and furniture dated and in need of pimp turn. Know that we have over 35 years of experience with large houses in the Ardennes and High Fens. We liked the environment although everything is steep.

this was one of the least houses we've stayed in. Seats in the living room where legs were broken and which were supported with bricks. Lots of loose door handles and mold in some bathrooms. No wifi or range in the huis.de kitchen also left the wish. Dirty oven "s, pans that are no longer usable. The curtains in the living room that could not close, so the people who passed could look inside the house. Sauna that was not usable because of an irritating odor in. The billiard table that is completely unusable is. Do I still have to continue??? There is a lot of refurbishment work to be done on the house.

The owners are very friendly and willing. The house is big enough for 25 people. Too bad it wasn't quite right. The BBQ did not work, the kitchen and utensils were not optimal and not clean. The chairs are worn, the mattresses sagging. Really a shame because we would come back for the location and the house itself, but then it urgently needs to be renovated. i hope the owners do this for sure as it is future gem there.
