Description
This is a peaceful 3-bedroom chalet in Beaulieu. It is situated on a slope overlooking the southwest gorges of the Dordogne. It is ideal for families.
There is a beautiful lake with a beach just 400m away where you can go boating. At the lake you find a medieval castle, a water park, and adventure park, a restaurant, and a bar. In the shops, markets and hostels of Bort Organs, Beaulieu and Lanobre you will enjoy specialties of the Auvergne. A trip to Clermont Ferrand and Vulcania will be a lovely addition to your trip. There's a restaurant 1km away, and a tennis court and supermarket 5km from here.
The home has cosy reading nook. It has a terrace which offers a great view of the countryside. It also has garden furniture, a bubble bath, and a trampoline for children. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair.
The nearest train station is 10km away and the nearest airport is 95 km from here.

prima huis, mooie plek
Beautiful and fully furnished house, fully equipped. Beautiful surroundings and the lake within walking distance in combination with the canoe has brought us a lot of pleasure. The weather also cooperated. Nice that there are two good parasols because we needed them. We will definitely come back again!
Very quiet and excellent accommodation. Possibilities to make walks on everyone's level. Many lakes nearby circular walk and also opportunities for swimming. For older children also a lot of options nearby climbing parc, canoe, tobogganing, swimming, canoying, cycling, .... The volcanic area is very inviting. Had a wonderful holiday.
Accommodation was good and clean. Everything was present in the house. Terrace is from 15.00 to 20.30 right in the sun, it becomes very hot and you do not have much more of the parasol. Location cottage is super.
A beautiful place! The cottage has everything that makes a luxury stay possible. Outdoor dining on the deck was delicious. The lake is nearby and you look forward to a beautiful Chateau and a ruin. In the village at 5 km we could have some nice bread. The surroundings are beautiful. Highlight we found climbing Puy de Dome and Puy de Sancy.
Great accommodation. All by hand. Nothing to complain about. A mobile AIRCO would be nice for all the hot nights. Unfortunately, the trolley of the canoe (which is widely advertised) is broken, so the canoe can only be used by lifting it to the water (quite a spicy job). Therefore, the canoe only - locked - at the scaffold at the water.
