Description
Gem within walking distance of the beach. This attractive holiday home has been completely renovated and equipped with every luxury and comfort. The large living room has a wonderful view of the garden and open kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner stove, refrigerator and freezer, oven, kettle and coffee machine. There is a separate TV room adjacent to the kitchen diner. A washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a sauna where you can enjoy yourself after a day of vacation. A real wellness oasis! On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with 2x double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. It is wonderful to relax in the garden. Children have plenty of space and there is a lovely terrace to enjoy in the sun; with a cup of coffee or a delicious dinner. Or in the comfortable sun loungers. Of course there is wifi. Nieuwvliet is one of the southernmost seaside resorts in the Netherlands, on the border with Belgium. The house is quietly located, directly near a bakery, bicycle rental, playground, restaurants and of course the beach! A visit to one of the historic cities of Bruges, Ghent or Knokke should definitely be on your agenda. But Cadzand itself also offers a lot of fun with many restaurants and terraces both in the village and on the beach. The beaches are one of the most beautiful beaches that the Netherlands has to offer. You can stroll or sunbathe or be active by taking a long walk on the beach or practicing water sports. In addition to the many walks, there are also many cycling routes that lead you along the coast, through the dune areas, over country roads to various characteristic villages. A visit to the Zwin is definitely worth it, it is a wadden region with a lot of flora and fauna, and therefore a true paradise for birds.

We had a lovely time here, The water sports facilities were a nice touch, although we didn't get a chance to use them as much as we wanted, Next time for sure!
The property was lovely and had a great feel to it, We appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, It felt very relaxing, and the proximity to the beach was a major plus, Would love to come back!

Het tuinmeubilair was een leuke toevoeging en we hebben een heerlijke avond gehad, genietend van de frisse berglucht. Het appartement was goed onderhouden en had een warme sfeer. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!
