Detached villa in a quiet location with a private pool (completely renovated), 20 minutes by car from the bustling port city of Denia. The villa is furnished in a comfortable way; from the living room with garden doors, you can reach the covered terrace and enjoy the panoramic view of Monte Pego. There is also a DVD player, TV has options to stream Netflix with your own login details.
The first beaches (Las Marinas and Oliva) are only 10 km away, the town of Pego 6 km and Gandia 25 km. The centre of Denia with its castle and museum, the promenade with shops, pleasant restaurants and outdoor cafes is a 20-minute drive away. At the beach, you can go diving, surfing, canoeing and water skiing. Nature-lovers shouldn't miss the Montgó nature reserve.
You can park the car in front of the house on the public road. To make a delicious cup of coffee, there is a Nespresso, Senseo machine and a filter coffee machine. There is also an electric juicer and sandwich maker.

De locatie is perfect als je wilt ontsnappen aan de drukte, We genoten van de rust van het gebied en de nabijheid van natuurreservaten, De villa zelf was gezellig en goed ingericht, hoewel de WiFi soms wat onbetrouwbaar kon zijn, Toch hebben we het geweldig gehad, vooral met de barbecuefaciliteiten in de avonden!
Echt leuk verblijf! Keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om te koken, en de woonkamer was perfect om te relaxen na een dagje uit, Ik wou dat we langer hadden kunnen blijven!
Geweldige locatie dichtbij Denia en de stranden, Het privézwembad was een hit bij de kinderen, Het enige nadeel was dat de WiFi soms wat traag was

The place was lovely, everything you need, and super close to the beach, Definitely coming back!
Clean and comfortable! The villa had ample space for our group of six, The kids loved the pool, and the adults enjoyed the serene surroundings, It was easy to drive to nearby attractions like the Montgó nature reserve, which was breathtaking, A couple of minor issues were quickly resolved by the friendly host, making our stay even better
