The property is located in a village in Ardèche, 20 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet cave. You can go hiking, kayaking and mountain biking in the area and visit the Théâtre de Verdure, located 1.4 km away. It's also worth it: in Ruoms you will find several pleasant restaurants and nice shops.
This old farmhouse has 2 floors and a total area of 340 square meters. Enjoy the sun from the garden with a private swimming pool and sit on the sun loungers. You can prepare delicious meals in the kitchen or on the barbecue.
We ask our guests to park a maximum of 2 cars on the property. Please note that it is prohibited to park your vehicle in front of the garage door located within the property. A neighbor in fact has a right of way, used occasionally to get to his apartment attached to the house. This neighbor has no use of the property's infrastructure: swimming pool, garden, cellars, etc.

Ruim og goed uitgerust! We hadden hier een fantastische familiereünie, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om samen te koken, en de kinderen hielden van de tuin en het zwembad, De locatie is ook perfect voor het verkennen van de nabijgelegen attracties
