Beautiful holiday home with garden
Description
This holiday home nestles at the end of a cul-de-sac, is surrounded by forests and was totally renovated in 2022. It is on the same land as the owners but is completely private and not visible. On the shaded terrace you will find a BBQ and many corners to relax. The swimming pool is shared with the owners and located about 100 meters from the house; it has a section for children (30 cm deep) and is closed. This place is ideal for a vacation with family or friends.
The property is close to many centres and the closest one is La Bouverie 1.5 km away from where you can shop and eat. The other centre is 4 km away and Frejus is 8 km away. If you like watersports, then a visit to the Water Slide Water Park is 1.5 km away. There are many interesting tourist attractions that are worth visiting.
With an elegant and refined, the 3 bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned, the master bedroom has its own shower room. The 2 other bedrooms share a shower room. A large sofa bed can accommodate 2 children.
Nice Airport is 65 km away.

Very nice house in a beautiful and quiet area.
Our experience was absolutely perfect. The house (more like villa) has everything and more of what you need. Multiple rooms with air conditioning, multiple bathrooms as well, 2 fridges, a brand new BBQ, a swimming pool with disco lights and inflatable toys. The hosts are also very nice and hospitable (they only speak French though). Navigation is a bit of an adventure: just look for the big white sign that says "De Diego Jardins" on the main road "Rte de Marchandise". I would gladly return to this place again.
