The house needs maintenance. When you take a shower in certain rooms, water runs through the ceiling into the living room. Spot comes from ceiling living room. Some shutters need to be replaced. Emergency exit top floor will NOT open. The previous tenants left everything from kitchen equipment very dirty. So wash all plates, glasses, cutlery, bowls, pans, etc. at our expense (use of electricity and water in the dishwasher). Many papers and other things were still in cupboards and on the floor. In our opinion, there has been a very superficial cleaning. There are 2 refrigerators on the description, but there is only one. Far too little for 24 people. Rest was not too bad, Good beds (on the first floor, second floor was slightly less), Ambiance we made ourselves. have to get out on Sunday before 10 am to bring the key in. This brings the necessary stress at the end of a nice long weekend.
We can't say anything negative about the house. Everything was clean, tidy, great for many guests, good kitchen equipment, flexible outdoor area, beautiful view, pure nature ... we were completely delighted!
Well suited for larger groups, very large lounge / dining area. Rooms functionally furnished, outside area relatively neglected and careless. Close to La Roche which is well worth the trip. Overall, to be recommended if you do not attach great importance to comfort and furnishings. Uncomplicated in booking and support.
First of all there was almost no hot water when we arrived. We reported this to the landlord the next day, after which a technician came to fix this. It was then hardly or not at all resolved. In addition, a continuous service message went off with the fire alarm (we think), including an annoying beep. We have also reported this (simultaneously). A technician (the same) also came for this. This did not solve it, but it broke open the cupboard, so that the glass fell out and broke. We eventually reset the installation itself, after which the service notification went out. The engineer in question was nice under the influence, and visibly did his need on the roadside next to the house before he arrived. Very interesting.Also the house was far from clean when we arrived, there was no vacuum cleaner, the shower curtains were too short so that the bedrooms when using the (cold) shower turned into a water ballet, and the radiator of the sauna leaked. quite a mess. Fortunately the environment made up for a lot.
Arrival went smoothly, unfortunately the house was not really clean and the fridge and freezer was not yet on. Outside it was 40 degrees and had to wait until night for cold drinks. It was also stated in the description of the house that there were 2 fridges, we have only found one. At least the organization could have cleaned better and set up the fridge. The surroundings were beautiful.
