Set directly opposite the sea and the dramatic Puits d’Enfer, this residence offers an exceptional coastal setting in Château-d’Olonne. Tanchet Beach is just 1.5 km away, while the centre of Les Sables-d’Olonne and its beautiful main beach are around 4 km away. Shops can be found within 200 m and a shopping centre is approximately 2 km away. The scenic La Vélodyssée cycle route passes right outside, making it easy to follow the coastline by bike towards Les Sables-d’Olonne.
With approximately 53 m² of space, this sea-view suite comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The living room features a double sofa bed, while the bedroom offers two single beds and an additional single bed. It also includes a bathroom with both a bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, dishwasher and microwave, flat-screen TV and a private terrace or balcony with garden furniture. This suite is located in the main building with lift access. Elevated sleeping arrangements, where applicable, are not suitable for children under 6 or guests over 14.
Enjoy two heated swimming pools, open from April to late September subject to weather, along with table tennis, pétanque, a children's play area and parking. Breakfast, made beds, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, baby equipment and pet accommodation are available at an additional charge. The surrounding area offers water sports, sand yachting, sea fishing, cycling, hiking, horse riding, golf and thalassotherapy. Explore the salt marshes, Château Saint-Clair, the Zoo des Sables and the Shell Museum, or venture further to the Vendée Automobile Museum and Aquarium at 13 km, Vendée Miniature at 19 km and Puy du Fou at approximately 95 km.
