Private: garden flowers and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Shop, grocery 750 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1.3 km, restaurant 140 m, bar 15 m, bakery 600 m, café 190 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Praia da Oura" 750 m. Marina 6.3 km, golf course (18 hole) 6.7 km, surf school 2.4 km, tennis 1.6 km, riding stable 10.1 km.
