This spacious top-floor apartment is accessible via an external steel staircase. A large, private balcony (2.5 x 6 m) is located in front of the apartment.

The 80 m² apartment offers ample space for 3 to 6 guests: It features two sofas and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave in the living area. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a small room with a single bed, and another room with two single beds. There is also a large fold-down wall bed in the open-plan living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

We provide a kitchen set (dish towels, dish soap, etc.).
Bed linens and towels are not included in the price but can be added to your booking; the beds will then be made up.
