A super location with a great pool. Friendly and helpful people. If you can, definitely visit the restaurant. "Eat what the pot is about" but this one is super delicious. Please note that the restaurant is only open on weekends. Rooms/apartment are in order. Well basic. For example, we did not have a "salon/seat". Negatives: there was no inventory / manual so did not know what should be present and how the hot water worked. Also with us the pots and glasses were dirty and not even washed properly. But in general a nice stay, close to many places of interest.
Friendly owners and we had a spacious apartment. The restaurant is only open on Fridays and Saturdays and because there were groups we couldn't eat there. The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped, very nice! The wifi could be a bit better because in many places there was no connection. 10 minutes walk from the location is a pizzaria which is very cozy. The pool is wonderful to lie on. There are a lot of mosquitoes and other animals so always keep the doors and windows closed and take mosquito spray with you!
Belvilla service is amazing! Check-in time at our villa was between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, but we couldn't manage that due to our flight that was changed. So I initially tried to contact the owner of the place to stay, but no one responded. So Belvilla got in touch on our behalf in some way and communicated that we are arriving late. Next stay will be booked through Belvilla again 🌸 Villa Monnalisa di Meazzini Annalisa Was the best choice! Enjoyed the pool and the surroundings. Nice people! Kids enjoyed play area. Very clean place!
The accommodation was great. The surroundings are beautiful, not only Florence and Siena, but there are also several smaller places that are worth visiting.
Received fine on arrival, called in advance that we were a little later that was no problem. Well received explanation about the apartment which was well cared for with basic equipment. Perhaps point of attention is the kitchen utensils, this is due for replacement. Furthermore, we were very much released by the owners, but they were both ready to answer questions. The swimming pool is a wonderful place to be with a fantastic Italian view. We had a great holiday as a family with two small children.
The apartment was reasonable. The pans really needed replacing, and the hob there was the igniter of broken so it was lit with a lighter or candle. The furniture was clearly in need of replacement. It seemed as if no attention was paid to it at all. This is really a shame because the location itself is remote but beautiful. We were in a heat wave, and there was no air conditioning or anything. There is also no balcony at this apartment so you have to take that into account. The hostess is not really a hostess. We were shown to our room on arrival and that was it. We asked about the restaurant but little was done with it. She said she would look if she had multiple reservations, but for the rest of the week we didn't see her again while the restaurant was twice full with a wedding and another party. Keep in mind that it is really remote. You need the car with almost everything. For example, Florence is a 50-minute drive away.
