55 km north of Joensuu. Lake Höytiäinen 20 m, (length 50 km, width 10 km) shallow water, partly firm and partly soft clay bottom with some rocks. Own boat. Wooden cabin 1995, surfaces renovated 2013, living-room/kitchen with convertible sofa, bedroom with double bed , bedroom with 2 beds, dressing room, washing room, sauna, open veranda. Separate hut with 2 beds in the summer, electric light.
