The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, There are numerous restaurants within a short walking distance, and many of Paris's major attractions are nearby, The apartment is stylish and modern, with a comfortable bed and sofa, The heaters work well, which was great for our stay in late November,
This apartment is located in a great area of Le Marais, It's situated at the back of the building which makes it very quiet and a perfect escape from the busy city, The apartment is spacious enough for three people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay,
Our experience at Studioprestige was very positive! The location is ideal, and the host is extremely welcoming, accommodating, and responsive, The only minor issue we encountered was with the sofa bed, which is broken and uncomfortable to sleep on, Since our stay was brief, it didn't bother us too much, and we didn't have the opportunity to address it, However, for a longer stay, the sofa bed may not be comfortable for four individuals in its current state, Replacing it would make the stay here absolutely perfect! Other than that, the apartment is quite charming, situated in a lovely neighborhood, and we enjoyed our stay very much!
The apartment has an excellent location. It's easy to walk almost anywhere, there are restaurants and markets nearby, and walking to metro line 1 is very easy. We would definitely stay in this apartment again. It's on the third floor and there's no elevator, but other than that, we really liked everything.

The location is really good, It is lively and very well served while being quiet, However, the sofa bed is in poor condition and the bed creaks with every movement, This makes sleeping difficult!
