Whether you're looking for a challenge and want to try kitesurfing or windsurfing, or if you want to try stand-up paddleboarding or just enjoy a nice swim, the Veerse Meer has the options. Did you know that there is an impressive mountain bike route of 37 km running alongside the Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer?
Another great tip is to sail from North to South Beverland with the foot and bike ferry M.S. Hoop. This will take you across the Veerse Meer to the idyllic village of Wolphaartsdijk, where you can enjoy lunch at one of the many terraces before continuing on to Middelburg.
