Very good house, exactly as in the description. Many amenities available in the house such as many kitchen utensils, washing machine and towels. Bathrooms do need some minor maintenance, but for a short holiday stay it's ok. The location of the house is in a quiet area with holiday homes, supermarkets are within walking distance and the complex contains a nice swimming pool. Beautiful garden/patio with sun and shade is a plus. Contact with manager Juan went smoothly, friendly man who fulfills the agreements. The area is especially popular among sun worshipers, but we mainly use the house as a base for cities such as Cartagena and Murcia in combination with the occasional day at the beach.

The perfect accommodation! And the hosts too, very quiet place
Voor deze prijs prima maar het was totaal niet zoals omschreven. Er was geen bad wat er wel zou zijn. Of je moet in een bidet willen baden maar zelf noem ik dat geen bad. In de badkamer zaten haren in het putje wat ik zelf maar weg heb gehaald. De vaatwasser maakte veel geluid maar maakte niet goed schoon. Geen douche artikelen aanwezig. Waar wij voor kwamen was de sauna maar die was er niet eens, ook geen bubbelbad. Dus al met al zou ik het ook een dikke onvoldoende kunnen geven omdat ik de omgeving weinig inspirerend vond maar wij alleen gingen om even te chillen voornamelijk bij het huis maar die gelegenheden die omschreven stonden waren er helemaal niet! Het zwembad was wel heel mooi maar het was te koud om daar gebruik van te maken in deze periode. Het terras was heerlijk maar vol op het noorden dus geen zon en te koud in deze periode. Leuke bijkomstigheid waren de katjes die daar rondliepen. Verder was het een ruim huis maar wel erg gehorig. Je mag het geen bungalow noemen, het is gewoon een appartement op de begane grond. Waar het misgaat hier weet ik niet maar belvilla zou ik zelf niet zo gauw meer gebruiken om iets te boeken. Oh ja, de wellicht eigenaresse was heel vriendelijk maar het is echt niet oke als ze gewoon je tuindeur open doet die op slot zit en dan binnenkomt terwijl je in de tuin zit.
A pleasant stay overall, The bungalow was neat and had everything we needed for a short getaway, It’s a bit far from Alicante Airport, but the peaceful surroundings made it worth it, We enjoyed hiking at the nearby Parque Aromatico during the day
