The small seaside resort and church village of Trzesacz (German Hoff) is near Rewal, which you can even reach in around 20 minutes on foot along the Baltic Sea. The St. Nicholas Church once stood here, but it collapsed in 1901 due to the erosion of the cliffs. The ruins of the Hoff church - directly above the beach - have been a popular motif for painters such as Lyonel Feininger ever since and are now a very beautiful photo subject.
