Located on the first floor, the home includes a bright living area with a TV, dining table, cozy seating, and a fireplace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a four-ring hob, cooker, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Two inviting bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep, one has a double bed, TV, and a children’s bed, while the other features two single beds and a double bed with a TV. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Guests also have access to a shared washing machine, sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, and an awning for added comfort.

Beautiful country house intended for several guests. Nice homeowners (Italian speaking). Swimming pool is clean and perfect. Minuses are also there, the chairs and beds are not comfortable. Mattresses and beds really need to be replaced and the garden furniture had no cushions. Worth repeating if some adjustments have been made.

The house is surrounded by hills and is ideal for those who want a peaceful holiday. The apartments are small and basic but everything is there. Only the small kitchen equipment is very basic just cutlery but no extra "s (eg. No peeler, ladle, serving bowls, etc.) Owner speaks only Italian, not English. Very nice garden with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Tables and chairs outside are spread over garden certainly agree with other residents to use them. Pool water is quite cold.
Fantastic villa in very quiet area. Catered apartment. Nice base to include Rome, Orvieto and Spoleto. Correct and friendly owner.
Very nice and spacious exteriors. Silence reigns supreme. I suggest adding a few umbrellas by the pool in order to please all guests. Large and well-kept lawn. The areas with sofas and tables are beautiful but need more cleaning (sofa cushions stained). Beautiful and large apartment which however requires maintenance. The beauty of the environment is overshadowed by the lack of attention in the change of guests. Missing fridge handle, greasy and encrusted hob, shower head heavily encrusted with limescale, presence of ants on the kitchen top. A piece of advice: since there is no air conditioning it would be very useful to add mosquito nets so that the windows can be kept open without having to fill the house with mosquito repellent. in short, with a little more attention it would become an enchanting and relaxing place.
De locatie van deze boerderij is uitzonderlijk! Slechts een korte wandeling naar lokale restaurants en winkels, en toch omgeven door de natuur, We hebben echt genoten van onze dagen bij het zwembad en de prachtige tuin, De gastheren waren warm en responsief, waardoor we ons welkom voelden, De inrichting is een beetje rustiek, wat karakter toevoegde, maar alles functioneerde goed, Een heerlijke plek voor een gezinsvakantie
