The well-equipped kitchen boasts essential appliances, including an oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, with easy access to the garden. On the first floor, guests will find two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a 160x200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom also contains a 160x200 cm double bed, complemented by a charming mezzanine with another double bed and a dressing room, as well as its own private bathroom featuring an Italian shower. Conveniently located near the famous Coo waterfalls, a sports center, an amusement park, an animal park, small restaurants, and the renowned Spa-Francorchamps circuit, this charming home provides a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, making it an ideal getaway in the heart of the Ardennes.
