Just 10 km from the sandy beach Sables-d'Or-les-Pins and 35 km from cosy Dinan, you will find this lovely holiday home. A great base to get to know North Brittany better and ideal for families.
For beautiful viewpoints, visit Cap Fréhel (19 km) or Cap Erquy (12.4 km), where you can take lovely walks. Montcontour (30 km) has a magnificent castle and the impressive 16th-century Eglise St Mathurin is also worth a visit. At picturesque Plancoët (20 km) you can canoe down the Arguenon River. A swimming pool and several cosy restaurants can be found in Lamballe (15 km), and fresh bread can be bought at the bakery in La Bouillie. In Dinard (37 km) you can embark on a boat trip on the Rance where you can admire the beautiful nature on land from the water. A bridge connects Dinard to medieval St Malo (42 km), which is protected by old ramparts and authentic gateway. Great fun for children is the little train that will lead you through the old town.
The large grounds with grass garden, trees and shrubs offer many spots where you can enjoy the sun while the children are playing in the garden. Relax with a good book on the comfortable furniture and end your days in style with a drink of your choice by the fireplace. There is a large, enclosed yard for parking your cars.

Upon arrival we enjoyed a warm and warm welcome with local, cider, apple juice and biscuits, guided tour of the house and information with documentation about what the region has to offer. A flower on the table made the cozy atmosphere that the house has to offer. All the house, garden and kitchen utensils were abundant and the dishwasher did the rest. Due to the inadequate Breton 4G, the wifi was a big windfall. The house, with well maintained garden, is in a rural location 10 km from a seaside town with a sandy beach. Wherever you go for shopping in the supermarket and petrol for the car.
A clear explanation was given before the house was exactly because GPS is not working properly. Most welcome reception. Get rich tips on the sights. A bottle of cider, Breton cookies and sweets as a welcome gift! A problem with the gas was quickly solved. The cottage is close to a factory where you will not be disappointed. But yes it's not the most beautiful view. In addition, everything was clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden around the cottage, it's a big villa.

Property was neat clean and tidy. Meubileer is somewhat dated. Super service from the owner on arrival. beautiful surroundings definitely recommended.
Via TomTom could not find the house. Via third spot and a little searching we found the property which actually lies in the town of La Bouille.
Friendly welcome with some amenities (drinks and biscuits). Very spacious house with beautiful garden. Second refrigerator in the garage came in handy. Just a pity that the beds are not very comfortable (small double beds and hard mattresses). Very useful were the folders info and city maps of all the attractions nearby. Nice and quiet beaches nearby.
