Nestling in a peaceful, picturesque village, this character house welcomes you to an authentic setting in the heart of an area rich in cultural discoveries, just a stone's throw from the famous basilica of Vézelay and the Morvan Regional Nature Park, with its lakes, forests and hiking trails.
Completely renovated with care, this old village house has retained all the character of the past: exposed beams, a cosy fireplace for winter evenings, and a large enclosed garden to enjoy on sunny days.
Inside, on the raised ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen, a cosy lounge/living room, a bedroom (bed 140) with its own shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: three comfortable bedrooms (3 x 90cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds, 1 x 160cm bed), a bathroom and a second separate WC.
Outside, the large 2,000 m² garden, fully enclosed and planted with trees, offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. Children can play on the swing while adults relax on the terrace. Access to the village tennis court is available by arrangement with the owners.
