Beautiful holiday home with private pool
Description
This cottage is located in the grounds of Chateau Lamothe. Inside, all rooms are large and well maintained. You will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is no problem to add beds in the bedrooms. There is room for a total of 4-6 adults and/or children and a baby.
The house is located 4 km from the royal fortified town of Tournon-d'Agenais. This fortress has a beautiful heritage: a square with cornières and old wells, a belfry decorated with a sun clock, the former home of the bishops of Agen and the city walls. Nearby, you will find several caves, such as those at Pech-Merle and Gouffre de Padirac. The capital of the area is Cahors (50 km), known for the oldest Gothic fortress bridge in Europe. You will find many wine castles in the famous wine region of Cahors.
You have your own privacy around the house, but you are also welcome to stroll in the chateau's rose and vegetable garden.

We have had a wonderful time here. At least that's how it felt. Really exceeded our expectations with a big ten!! The beautiful surroundings of the house, the tranquility and the beautiful chateau next door. All comforts are provided. A lovely private pool with a view to dream of. Nice bedrooms and a nice nice bathroom. The hostess really makes it complete! Reception was so warm and everything wonderfully clean. Thank you again Forget!! We Will never forget you😉You would prefer to keep a pearl for yourself, but we can (unfortunately) not book the whole year. So for those who follow. Enjoy this beautiful maison with a big ten and the super sweet and cordial hostess. We will definitely come back here!
Top location for people seeking tranquility. Cleanliness sanitary was good. General cleanliness was less.
Very quiet, beautiful setting, next to castle. A typical house with a soul in it. With those thick insulating walls. Very friendly reception. Inside fine. The outdoor table and chairs need to be replaced. The umbrellas are also worn out and the artificial grass next to the pool is untidy.
Very friendly hostess & nice location
The residence was even more beautiful than in the photos. A very pleasant hostess. We had a warm welcome, we felt right at home. A perfect place to relax. Dog friendly. Shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!! We are definitely going back.
