"This original holiday home, renovated with energy-saving materials, is located on a spacious natural plot (3000 sqm) near the beautiful Goëlo coast. Directly from the entrance you have access to a conservatory that allows you to sit outside regardless of the weather. A pleasant outdoor terrace is accessible from the kitchen. Thanks to two large window fronts, the living area is particularly bright and flooded with light. From the comfortable couch you have a beautiful view of the south-facing garden. From the bedroom, which is located on the garden side, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea as soon as you wake up. 2 parking spaces are available on the private property. The two beautiful beaches of the seaside resort can be reached in a few minutes. The Godelins beach is sheltered and surrounded by high cliffs, the sunny Le Moulin beach is ideal for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The popular coastal hiking trail GR 34 leads along the harbor and the beaches for many kilometers and always offers breathtaking viewpoints. The coast of the Goëlo is a very scenic stretch of coast. Steep coasts alternate with small bays, fishing ports and sandy beaches. The highest cliffs in France are very close by, at the ""Pointe de Plouha"". A day trip to the flower island of Bréhat (departure point north of Paimpol) is particularly recommended on board a fishing trawler with a fresh breeze of sea air.

Beautiful spacious house, with a very large garden. Wonderful to relax. Friendly and helpful owners. Who, without being pushy, give excellent tips for trips in the area and restaurants.
Very nice house with a wonderful view of the garden/park from the living room and bedroom. Invites you to relax. Kitchen very well equipped, location very rural and quiet. In any case, you can switch off. Owners incredibly friendly. We felt very comfortable. Warning: cuddly, incredibly cute cat. (is part of the facility :-) We'd love to come back.

Very nice, sustainable and sparkling clean holiday home in a great area. Highly recommended! We (2 adults, 1 teenager) spent two lovely weeks in this great holiday home in a district of Binic/Etables-Sur-Mer. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished, we didn't lack for anything. The landlords live next door and are extremely nice (thanks for the cider and biscuits :-)), but give you complete privacy. A huge plot in front of the house and a pretty terrace behind it are part of it. We also liked the fact that a lot of emphasis was placed on sustainability: The house is super insulated with a good ventilation system, it has a solar system for hot water and was built from ecological materials. The area is great: Lazing on the beautiful beaches in the area, water sports, hikes, bike tours, excursions, sightseeing - everything is possible. The nearest bakery is about 5-10 minutes by bike. There is also a small supermarket next to it. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the house without reservation. A cuddly, friendly tomcat is practically part of the inventory.
The eco-house was great. Lovely place, beautiful garden, nice atmosphere and great view (of the sea). The homeowner welcomed us very friendly and even had a bottle of cider and Breton biscuits. Nelson, the house cat, regularly came to visit us in the garden. Worth repeating!
