The holiday home has an entrance hall with separate toilet, living room with dining and sitting area (digital television & wifi), hip and super well-equipped kitchen with all comfort and very high-quality materials such as induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher. Living room and kitchen open onto the garden where enjoying peace and quiet is central. Garden and terrace are also equipped with garden furniture. On the ground floor there is one bedroom (1x2p boxpring - 1m80 - 2x1p mattresses and duvets). On the upper floor there is the second bedroom, also with boxspring for 2p - 2p mattress and 2p down and the bathroom with bath - glass shower wall, washbasin and toilet. There is also a laundry room with washing machine - dryer. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the flat. Inclusive: Consumption of cold water - final cleaning - cancellation insurance Exclusive: Energy consumption, will be calculated according to the meter reading. The meter readings taken can be obtained on simple request. Deviating arrival times and dates on request.
