Description
This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen.
This cleverly arranged holiday home is cozy and fully furnished. In addition to the living room with smart TV, there is an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and combination microwave. There are three bedrooms, each with two 1-pers. box spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The two bathrooms both have a shower and there is a separate toilet.
Through the patio doors, you can reach the terrace with garden furniture. There's parking for one car at the holiday home.
At holiday park Marina Strandbad, various holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people.
The holiday park is under development. It's possible that there will be construction work during your stay. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.

Het appartement was uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden en we waardeerden de aandacht voor details. Het is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van het Nationaal Park Waddenzee van Nedersaksen.
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, maar het weer werkte niet mee. De warme en gezellige sfeer van het appartement maakte dit echter goed. De locatie is ideaal voor degenen die de omgeving willen verkennen.
Prachtige ligging, direct aan de IJssel, We hebben genoten van de rust en hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt langs de rivier, Het chalet was goed uitgerust en comfortabel,
Het uitzicht vanaf de bovenste verdieping was adembenemend, vooral bij zonsondergang. We voelden ons gelukkig dat we zo'n mooie plek hadden om te ontspannen.
We vonden de rustige omgeving en de gezellige sfeer van het huis geweldig, de aangrenzende duinen waren perfect om te wandelen en we genoten van het ontspannen bij het zwembad,
