It features three double bedrooms with 160cm beds, two modern bathrooms, and a stylish living-dining area. While pets are not permitted, guests can enjoy optional services such as a cot, high chair, and beach towels. The property is not suitable for groups under 21 and maintains a smoke-free environment. Although no free activities are provided, guests have access to essentials like air conditioning and internet. A private terrace with barbecue and outdoor seating offers space to relax and unwind.
Perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Riells Beach, the villa is near the bustling promenade lined with shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Visitors can enjoy water activities, local cafes, and nearby supermarkets. The area is family-friendly, with plenty of attractions for children. L’Escala’s scenic coastal setting is complemented by accessible transport links, though guests are advised to arrange their own transport for convenience, as the villa is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood.
The villa includes a fully equipped American-style kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals. Bathrooms are fitted with showers and a bath mat is provided for each. Bed linen is included, while towels can be rented for an additional fee. The front terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue setup, making it perfect for outdoor dining.

The bedrooms were spacious, and the living area was cozy, We felt right at home and appreciated the thoughtful amenities,
Ruim en comfortabel! De drie slaapkamers waren perfect voor onze groep van zes. De wasmachine was een bonus die het gemakkelijk maakte om onze kleren fris te houden,
De villa was ruim genoeg voor onze groep en de airconditioning werkte goed. De keuken was het hoogtepunt met zijn moderne apparatuur.
Deze accommodatie is goed uitgerust. De keuken was voorzien van een magnetron, een vaatwasser en zelfs een sapcentrifuge, waardoor het bereiden van het ontbijt een fluitje van een cent was. Al met al een praktische keuze voor onze reis.
De locatie is fantastisch! Omgeven door een prachtig landschap, was het heerlijk ontspannen en genieten van de natuur. Bovendien was het koken dankzij de keukenfaciliteiten een fluitje van een cent.
De keuken was goed uitgerust met keukengerei en we waardeerden de vaatwasser om het schoonmaken gemakkelijker te maken. Al met al een zeer functionele ruimte.
