On the ground floor are the entrance hall, a toilet, a bedroom with double bed with sink and private shower, the kitchen, the living room / sitting room with access to the terrace. Via the basement stairs you have access to the garage (2 cars).
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed for 3 people. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower sink and toilet, one with bath with shower enclosure and sink. There is also a separate toilet on the 1st floor.

Very well organised, good location
Alles wat je nodig hebt en meer! Ruime kamers, zonneterras en een BBQ voor hangouts, Wi-Fi was snel, wat altijd een plus is, 10/10 zou aanbevelen voor een groepsuitje
Ik ben laag-key geobsedeerd door de indeling, Zoveel ruimte voor iedereen, De opstelling van de stapelbedden is een totale winnaar voor groepsreizen, Plus, de woonkamer is super comfortabel voor late-night hangouts
De locatie is ideaal: dicht bij winkels en restaurants, maar toch in een rustige omgeving, De garage was een geweldige bonus voor onze auto, Sterk aanbevolen voor gezinnen!
This villa exceeded our expectations, The layout was perfect for our group, and the location allowed us to explore Koksijde easily, Would definitely come back!
Very cozy and well-maintained house, The bedrooms were roomy, and we enjoyed the two bathrooms, which made mornings a breeze, The kitchen was well-equipped, too!
