Description
This beautiful holiday home is located on the edge of the small village of Campagnan, in a very quiet residential area. It is located between vineyards, garrigues and pine trees and built in the style of the traditional southern Bastides. It is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
The village is located in the valley of the Hérault, between Pézénas and Clermont-l'Hérault. The region is home to numerous wine cellars worth visiting. Restaurants can be found in Pézenas, Sète, Marseillan, Mèze and Bouzigues, among others. You can spend the days lazing in the sun at Marseillan Plage or take a nice walk along Lake Salagou. The highway at Paulhan (3 km) is easily accessible from here.
The house faces south and has a lovely terrace and a swimming pool. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the vineyards and surrounding countryside with a drink of your choice. The furniture and equipment are of high quality and the 4000 m² park with trees and flowers is completely enclosed (pleasant and safe for children). The house has a covered terrace and a shaded terrace with barbecue for cozy summer evenings and parking is available in the garden.

The villa is well located, but the interior needs to be renovated. For that price you expect a bit more comfort. The cutlery was a mishmash and outdated. The refrigerator in the kitchen was worn out and could not be cleaned. The concierge was not friendly and was difficult about the number of towels. There was barely 1 large towel per person and only 6 small towels for 10 people. When we asked for more towels, the concierge was difficult about it. The garden table was too small and the chairs were uncomfortable and had no cushions. There was only 1 shower, the other bathrooms had shower in bath. But as there was no shower enclosure or shower curtain, the bathroom was constantly flooded. But if you don't take these inconveniences too seriously, you can spend a nice holiday here.

Good and decent place. Spacious and quiet. Not brand new, but very functional. Nice host. Great pool.
Een heel fijn toevluchtsoord buiten de stad. Het huis was schoon en goed onderhouden, en het zwembad was verfrissend. Ook de restaurants in Pézenas vonden we erg leuk: heerlijk eten!
We hadden een heerlijke week in deze villa, Het nabijgelegen Meze Dinosaur Museum was een leuk uitje voor de kinderen, en we genoten van het fietsen door het platteland, De BBQ-faciliteiten waren een geweldige aanvulling voor onze zomerse avonden
