Description
If you have always dreamed of having your own private domain, then this villa is a very good choice. The 4000 m2 garden is completely fenced, for total privacy. From the villa, you only have to take a few steps to reach your swimming pool. Around it you will find various seats and a covered outdoor kitchen with bar, where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The property has a water supply (10,000 litre tank) filled by the canal which runs through the estate. This is so there will be no problems filling the swimming pool in the event of water restrictions.
If you don't feel like cooking, Salernes can satisfy your culinary desires. Indeed, you will find various good restaurants and cafes. How pleasant it is to walk through the charming town centre and its many fountains! From the ruins of the castle overlooking the village, you have a beautiful view of the pretty roofs with red and hexagonal tiles, typical of this region.
Other sights in the surrounding area include the luxurious seaside resorts of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, 40 km from the accommodation. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves in the Sainte-Croix lake (30 km) or in the famous Gorges du Verdon (30 km). 7 km away is the village of Sillans-la-Cascade. There you will find a 42m waterfall in the woods.

Beautiful house, renovated bedrooms, plenty of facilities. Very nice reception by the host. We will definitely go back again.
Beautiful house with all facilities and fantastic location with a beautiful garden and swimming pool.
Very nice villa with all comfort. Everything was there on arrival. Beautiful surroundings and nature. The center of Salernes is within walking distance. The only negative point we found the cleanliness of the cottage. On arrival, my husband first had to get rid of the spiders everywhere. Sanitary and floor were ok, but everything that was there was not really clean. We washed everything we needed ourselves first. Nevertheless, we would definitely choose this villa again.
The house is just great, lots of space, well equipped, great terrace and pool. The place is also very close, overall really great location.

Very well. Lots of space. The interior is a bit dated. In some rooms there is little storage space as well as in the 2 small bathrooms. A large ground with pétantque ground, table football, table tennis, basketball, swings ... ideal for children.
