A quiet street 2 minutes from the metro (Maubert Mutualité), cafes, restaurants and markets, 1 minute from the Seine and 3 minutes from Notre Dame, A little further you will find the Latin Quarter, The studio is located on the ground floor, so suitable for people with reduced mobility, However, be careful of the stairs leading to a small room downstairs which could be dangerous for children or the elderly, There is 1 bedroom for 4 people, 1 bedroom for 2 people + 1 single sofa in the entrance/living room and 1 other in the room downstairs, Very clean, The studio seems narrower than in the photos, View of the quiet and beautiful interior courtyard with greenery, Some disappointments with the appliances: The microwave (very high for a person under 1m65) is missing buttons and the dishwasher detergent flap is almost impossible to close, Overall, the price-quality ratio is very good,
