Heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra). Balcony 4 m2. Deck chairs. Facilities: mosquito net, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors. One shower/WC on the ground floor is located outside the house. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Airfield 16 km from the property. The owner lives in an apartment on the upper floor.
