Wat een pareltje! De locatie is fantastisch - slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand en verschillende eetgelegenheden in de buurt, De inrichting van het huis was charmant, en het hebben van een wasmachine was een enorme plus voor onze familie van vier, Ten zeerste aanbevolen!

Dit appartement is ideaal gelegen op slechts 1,6 km van het strand, met een rustig zwembad dat alleen toegankelijk is voor bewoners in de buurt. Er is een bushalte direct voor de deur, vanwaar u regelmatig en tegen betaalbare prijzen naar het centrum van Roquetas en andere gebieden kunt reizen. Het appartement is goed uitgerust voor een aangenaam verblijf, hoewel de inrichting enigszins gedateerd is. Het is echter schoon en heeft een mooie moderne badkamer en voldoende keukenvoorzieningen, mocht u eens wat anders willen dan de lokale eetgelegenheden. De eigenaar, Colin, reageerde snel op ons verzoek om schone handdoeken en beddengoed na onze eerste week. Houd er rekening mee dat de lokale agent die het appartement beheert ongeveer 1,6 km verderop aan de overkant van de golfbaan woont, wat lastig kan zijn zonder auto. Kortom, het is een geweldige locatie om te genieten van de attracties van Las Marinas en Roquetas de Mar.
