Villa located on the lakeshore with beach access The single-family, single-level ground floor villa is located on the shores of Lake Bracciano in a quiet location surrounded by a garden of about 1500 square metres, flat with private access to a small beach ideal for canoeists and those who practice water sports, fishing and swimming; on the property you can park your car free of charge. The garden, which is level, has tall trees, flowers, a small vineyard, and direct access to the small beach. It is located on the shore of the lake. There are numerous departures to and from Rome to Bracciano by train. Bracciano railway station is 2 km from the villa and parking is possible in the immediate vicinity.
