CasaVovo flat is located in a small, charming, completely renovated and modernised complex of Los Hibiscos residences located right on the beautiful, golden sandy beach of Costa Calma (Playa de Sotavento de Jandia) washed by the warm waters of the Atlantic. Costa Calma is located in the south of the island of Fuerteventura, an hour's drive from Fuerteventura's only airport, Puerto del Rosario (FUE), located slightly south of the island's capital Puerto del Rosario. It is a popular holiday destination often visited by important personalities. Participants in the Polish ESKA Cancel Winter 2016 campaign will be staying right on Fuerteventura, the second largest island in the Canary Archipelago. This island is endless beaches of white sand, on a turquoise sea shore. Guests of the CasaVovo flat have free (complimentary) access to the private swimming pool with showers and plastic sunbeds - sun beds and the private tennis court of the Hibiscos residence. There are parking spaces directly in front of the residence on a little-used, dead-end access street. The sandy, golden beach starts approximately 30 metres from the residence. The beach is accessed via an existing wooden ramp, so it is accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs although the access is sloping. CasaVovo flat on the ground floor with access from the garden through a separate terrace separated by a wooden fence from the communal, well-kept garden overlooking the sea, about 40 m2, consists of a lounge and dining area, with integrated kitchen, equipped with satellite TV, flat screen TV with HDMI, USB, RGB and audio inputs (can be used as a large screen for a laptop and media player e.g.. MP3, IPod), WLAN internet (payable), double sofa bed (additional sleeping place for two persons), multi-band radio with digital display and alarm, electronic clock - calendar with thermometer, roller curtains (IKEA design) for the front door and window; bedroom located next door with double King Size bed, 2 large bedside tables (commode) and bedside lamp (LED), large double built-in wardrobe. Bath and hand towels are provided, as well as dishcloths. The terrace is equipped with a table and 4 garden chairs and a hanging laundry dryer. Costa Calma has many shops, restaurants and cafes . The nearest supermarket is approx. 200 m from the residence, a bakery approx. 250 m. The nearest restaurant serving breakfast and dinner is approx. 150 m away. Apart from sunbathing and swimming in the sea, you can take long relaxing walks along the almost 30 km long beach, or venture to the west coast through the deserted interior for a real Robinson's experience. What sets Costa Calma apart is the atmosphere of tranquillity and lazy relaxation. For the active, however, there is also no shortage of fun and sporting activities such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing, diving, sailing, quad biking, horse riding and even camel riding. "Fuerteventura is definitely the number one choice among the Canary Islands for Poles. Both couples and families with children are very keen to come here. What attracts tourists from many countries is, above all, the beautiful, expansive white sand beaches stretching along the coast for 150 kilometres, and the azure colour of the water. Lovers of blissful sunbathing and swimming come here. Fuerteventura is the windiest of all the islands in the archipelago, especially in winter, which makes for very good conditions for water sports. Windsurfers and kite surfers therefore flock to the island in large numbers. " Transport from the airport to the CasaVovo flat is easy. You can rent a car and prices are low - even more attractive if you do it online in advance. Fuel prices in Fuerteventura are 20-25% lower than in mainland Europe. You can also take a public bus or taxi (there are no surprises about prices as they are posted at the airport).
