Located 70 km northeast of Mikkeli, Siikajärvi is just 10 meters away (length 10 km, width 500 m), offering both shallow and deep shores with a firm sandy bottom. A private boat is available. The log building was constructed in 1992 and includes a combined kitchen/living room (kitchen renovated in 2023). The bedroom has a double bed, and the low loft has mattresses for two (total width 140 cm), with steep and narrow stairs leading to the loft. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, a dressing room, and a sauna with a wood-burning stove. There is a covered porch. The summer sauna, available from June 1st to September 15th, was built in 2014 and is 10 m², featuring a wood-burning stove and water tank, electric lighting, and water carried from the lake 10 meters away. It also has a porch. Additional amenities include a wood shed, an outdoor toilet (in addition to the indoor toilet), and a 10 m² yard patio.
