It was a lovely house, spacious and everything needed was present.
Very nice specious villa, nice kitchen, very complete, good beds with bathrooms Towels for the swimming pool, and relaxing beds, good parasol! Dogs allowed, Washing machine Good service by the agency
The house was very attractive and well equipped. There was nothing missing, especially in the kitchen. There could be a few more warm blankets. When we arrived it was very cold and I had to figure out how to heat the house. After a phone call to the property management, it worked. We found the small car repair shop opposite annoying. A phone was constantly ringing or people were having loud discussions, not to mention the noise of the workshop. I don't want to lie by the pool here in the summer with this background noise. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay.
Hello, the rating cannot be good after the following events. 1. We did not see the supervisor in the 3 weeks, neither at the beginning nor because of complaints and also not at the end. 2. The reaction to complaints was abysmal. Either it doesn't matter, you have to ask first or there was almost nothing. The emails can be made available to you. 3. The following complaints were simply dismissed: - bathroom door on the ground floor broken - toilet paper holder in the same bathroom broken - towel holder also broken - electrical socket in a bedroom on the upper floor broken (dangerous) - 2 rolls missing from the bottom basket of the dishwasher - the worst thing was the broken parasol which the supervisor said would work. But after I sent pictures she wanted to get a new one. That was it. Nothing happened. There are emails for the above descriptions and also photos of the complaints. These can be made available to you. How is it possible that such a so-called caretaker is responsible for such a house? For 3700 euros I expect a decent house and a competent caretaker. We were very satisfied with the service (cleaning, pool, gardener. Unfortunately the equipment like the dishwasher has not been replaced since our last stay. The old machine is closed to be called as broken. Strong recommendation to exchange it.
Zeer schoon en goed onderhouden, De slaapkamers waren ruim en de badkamers modern, We voelden ons meteen thuis en hebben echt genoten van onze tijd hier, We zullen zeker terugkomen!
