The accommodation consists of 2 flats on the first floor and an annex with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The accommodation offers elegant, typically Tuscan furnishings with plenty of atmosphere and comfort.
The villa is quietly located, at the foot of the Montecarlo hill. Its particular location, surrounded by gardens and fields, provides spectacular views from the residence. Enjoy romantic sunsets and breathtaking views over the entire Valdinievole.
The well-tended private garden of about 2000 m² is fully fenced and provided with a parking space. The residence is equipped with a swimming pool, parasols, gazebo, barbecue, chairs and tables.
The owner lives in the same building on the ground floor. There is a separate entrance to ensure guests' privacy.

Beautiful villa located in an excellent location for people wishing to explore Tuscany. All interesting places of interest (Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Siena, La Spezia, beaches of Viareggio, Accona desert, Crete Senesi,...) are within acceptable distance by car (between 20min and 1.5h drive max). The villa itself is in a quiet village, although the street on which it is located is busier than you would expect, although that is not a nuisance. The domain on which the villa is located is large and well maintained. Only remark is that Paolo (the owner) and his mother come by every day to do some small maintenance jobs (cleaning the pool, maintaining the garden...). They do this as inconspicuously as possible and at times when it is never really a nuisance. The biggest downside is that they barely speak English, but that's not insurmountable either. The inside of the villa is also very neat and from the balcony on the first floor you have a beautiful view of the area. The pool is big enough for 1 or 2 families, so no worries there either. So something for everyone.
Beautiful house with large garden, including a nice pool. Beautiful area with many tourist opportunities. Only point of criticism, there was no cot which was indicated in the reservation.
We have been in the villa for 1 week and we have had nothing to complain about! On day 2 we asked the owner if he might have boules balls and the day after he came as a surprise with a new set of balls! Very friendly people. And on hot days, the pool is just good enough to cool off.

often the photos are treacherously beautiful, but the house is disappointing. That was certainly not the case here. What you see is what you get Lovely house, ideal if you want to leave with two families. Well on a busy road, but the garden is very sheltered. The pool is somewhat small and not in the ground, but wonderful to cool down. Alessandra is a very friendly host and is always there for you. She also prepared (for a fee) a delicious Tuscan meal for us. Lucca is very close and very nice!
