This elegant holiday villa is situated in a prime location directly on the lake in a tranquil residential area, at the foot of the "Sant Marti" mountain, and just 1 km from the sandy beach of Alcudia. It offers a serene setting with stunning views and easy access to local attractions.
The garden features a private 7m x 3.5m saltwater pool, surrounded by spacious green areas and equipped with comfortable sun loungers for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. After a refreshing swim, guests can unwind on the covered terrace, furnished with high-quality polyrattan furniture. For outdoor dining and entertainment, the villa offers a barbecue area and a ping-pong table, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends.
The villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people in four stylishly furnished bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and the fourth has two single beds. The main floor features a bathroom with a shower, while the first floor has two additional bathrooms, also with showers. The decor of the house blends elegant and high-quality furniture with modern touches, creating a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere throughout.
Upon entering, a spacious staircase leads to a gallery and three of the bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, as well as a door leading to the garden. The dining-living area on the left side of the entrance is furnished with solid wood furniture and high-quality upholstery, offering ample light through large windows. The living area also features a Smart TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
