The outdoor area of 3000 m is equipped with every comfort, the beautiful garden with a panoramic view of the Marche hills is equipped with a private swimming pool (10 x 6 m) and 3 Jacuzzis, each space is well cared for and furnished, to enrich the days of the children a colourful play area, table tennis and table football.
The strategic position allows you to reach the beaches of Senigallia (20 km), the Gola della Rossa Regional Nature Park (23 km), the magnificent Frasassi Caves (34 km), the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve (54 km), the Riviera del Conero (61 km). The neighbouring areas host the most important amusement parks in Italy.
For sports enthusiasts a small fitness area. It will be possible to taste the dishes comfortably in the garden, there is a barbecue area.
Note: €300 to be paid at check-in as a security deposit which will be returned to the guest within a week of check-out if no damage of any kind has occurred during the stay.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Casa Otaiti. De keuken was goed uitgerust en we hebben genoten van het samen koken als gezin. Het uitzicht op de vallei was adembenemend, vooral bij zonsondergang. Een geweldige plek voor natuurliefhebbers!
