This modern, large apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located in a chalet-apartment complex on the edge of the small holiday resort Brand im Brandnertal in Vorarlberg, near Bludenz and directly in the Brandnertal ski area.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a cozy living room with fireplace, sitting area and dining table, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms (both with an extra folding bed, one with a bathroom en-suite), another bathroom and a sunny balcony. There is also an elevator, a washing machine, a ski storage room, cellar storage, an underground garage with a parking lot and a garden (shared with other guests).
The town of Brand in the Alpine region of Bludenz is also called the most beautiful valley in the Alps; the town is framed by a beautiful mountain world. The Brandnertal ski area offers 65 kilometers of slopes with 2 gondola accesses directly in town, 13 modern lifts and other outdoor activities such as tobogganing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and winter hiking. The panoramic cable car connects the two ski area parts of Brand and Bürserberg.
In summer the region offers many hiking routes (400 km of hiking trails right on the doorstep) and mountain bike tours. Directly in Brand there is an adventure park in the forest, he Alpin Golf Brand golf course and the natural swimming lake Alvierbad in Brand that offers lots of swimming fun!
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Bludenz, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Very nice apartment; spacious, clean, complete furnishings, all necessary tools in the kitchen. Cozy and comfortable. Underfloor heating is very nice. Bank clerk and chair available on request. Modern bathrooms and even a washing machine. Lovely spacious south-facing balcony, with a garden downstairs where we could play with our toddler. Handy to have your own parking space under the building. Elevator in the building. 5 minutes walk to the nearest gondola, where excellent slopes begin. Wonderful ski area and there is also plenty to do for winter hikers. After day 1 we had already decided that we definitely want to book this apartment again for winter sports or summer holidays. All in all highly recommended!!

We have already booked a holiday with Belvilla several times, in all cases it was fine, we have every confidence in this company,
The house in a quiet street pleased us immediately, spacious, cozy and comfortable. Everything was there except a ladle! A few downsides: in the kitchen cupboard we found a stuffed egg cup and food from previous holiday makers or from the owner. The bath linen was not replaced after a week. The mattresses are super! We had a big disappointment. Due to a negligence of the owner it was not possible to obtain a guest card. The inquiry has cost us a lot of vacation time. After telephones and e-mails to the owner, he was prepared to pay for our extra costs for cable cars, transport, etc. That also happened. Hopefully everything will be fine with the next guests. Belvilla has also put its shoulders to the wheel. The Brandnertal is beautiful. A ride on Sunday with the Tschengla Express in Bürserberg and the Sonnenkopf in Klösterle with the Bärenland should also be on the program.
Superb environment in a super nice holiday home. Beautiful apartment where you do not fall short. Very nice environment. Lunersee is definitely worth a visit. We are real walkers and have come to our best.
