This beautiful holiday apartment is located in a well-kept house in the idyllic Kirnitzschtal near Lichtenhain, in the middle of the picturesque Saxon Switzerland. For small purchases, you can go to the village shop, which is about 600 meters away. The town has a restaurant at the entrance to the town coming from Bad Schandau - "Panoramagaststätte mit Bowlingbahn" and a cafe "Zum Lindenbaum". The comfortably furnished holiday apartment creates ideal conditions for a relaxing stay. While you enjoy the peace and the wonderful view, children can let off steam on the play area with slide, swing, trampoline and outdoor table tennis table. There are 5 loungers by the pond for relaxing and soaking up the sun when the weather is nice. The pond is also suitable for bathing/swimming. A highlight in the area is the famous "Lichtenhain Waterfall", which you can reach in just 20 minutes on foot. From there, the charming Kirnitzschtal with its numerous hiking opportunities in the fascinating rocky landscape opens up. In the nearby towns of Sebnitz (5 km) and Bad Schandau (7 km) you will find further shopping opportunities, restaurants and attractions. Nature lovers can reach the panoramic hiking trail after just 100 metres, which offers breathtaking views of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Alternatively, you can explore the wild, romantic valley along the Kirnitzsch on the mill tour. Cyclists benefit from varied routes for every level, while the Elbe can be experienced on exciting canoe and boat tours. Numerous excursion destinations in the area also invite you to explore, including the famous Bastei, the impressive Königstein Fortress, the historic Hohnstein Castle, the magnificent Großsedlitz Baroque Garden and the National Park Center in Bad Schandau. A ride on the nostalgic Kirnitzschtalbahn is also a special experience.

Very warm welcome. Downstairs apartment with balcony. Slightly lower terrace that we could use every day. Beautiful large garden with pond (including pedal boat). House fully equipped. Spacious bathroom with plenty of towels. Beautiful area, walks from home possible. Train ride from Bad Schandau to Dresden nice (partly along Elbe) not expensive. Nice (outdoor) swimming pool in Stad Wehlen (park the car on the north side of Elbe, cross the ferry and walk a bit) Bastei (special rock formations) also worth it! In short, plenty to do in the area.

Very friendly reception. Appartement.Super beautiful garden with trampoline and roeivijver.Zelfs have a play barn present with tafeltennis.We do us fine vermaakt.Veel in the area. Good food at restaurant in Sebnitz at the roundabout and railway bridge.
The apartment has given us very good, spacious and very well equipped. High chair and cot were still found us on request. Not just for rainy days is a play barn with lots of toys for large and small holidaymakers available. Also in the apartment the toy is in good condition. The Land ࿌ k is maintained, generous, with a playground, various seating areas, barbecue area and small lake for rafting. Well suited times to spend a day on site. We certainly had a great week.
A fine apartment that we have genuzt with four children. Especially the garden plot with the appropriate boating pond and plenty of seating we really enjoyed.
