This cosy wooden holiday home in Waltershausen, Thuringia in Germany can accommodate upto 6 people. Built entirely of wood and is situated at the edge of Fischbach, a village surrounded by woods in the heart of the Thüringer forest, it offers privacy and tranquility. Its isolated location on a private terrain with garden furniture makes it the ideal family home.
It is also an ideal spot for walkers and nature lovers, who will find many popular destinations in the area, such as the famous Rennsteig and the 950 mtrs high Insel Mountain. During winter, both the Insel Mountain and the famous Oberhof also offer great winter-sport facilities.
The home is centrally heated, there are two bedrooms on the first floor with double and single beds. In the living room on the ground floor, there is a charming fireplace, and the open kitchen is well-equipped.
The nearest airport is about 29 kms away.

Hello dear Belvilla team, I like to rate my booking / bookings, Booking a holiday home is very unproblematic, Even the cancellation after we could not start our holiday in the booked holiday apartment (pandemic) was very unproblematic, Unfortunately I still get e- emails telling me that no payment has been received for my new booking, although I have a voucher for the first booking, the phone calls with the Belvilla team were super nice,
We were received very friendly by the landlords, who live very close. After a brief briefing, we could use the beautiful and quiet, located on the outskirts, located Naturstammhaus, for a week, as a wonderful base for our holiday activities. The house is Very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Child and dogs friendly. You feel immediately comfortable and weather conditions days best. About 100 meters away there is a restaurant, very good food. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for sporting, cultural and other activities.
Nice tree house is located on the edge of a very quiet little village. The ideal home to relax.
The tree trunk house was actually even more beautiful than in the photos. The location, simply fantastic! We were greeted on arrival very friendly by the owner family and accompanied to the house. The house itself is almost everything available (for example, coffee, tea, filter bags, spices, kitchen rolls etc.). The house is ideal for activists (hiking, biking) but also just let the mind dangle. We will definitely go back again. The family pipe, many thanks for the very nice holiday, we could spend here.
