The generously designed flat with approx. 69 square metres extends over 2 levels (1st floor and attic), the maxim here is "arrive and feel good". The bright upper floor flat is ideal for 2-3 people. Both the shower room and the kitchen open from the hallway. It is equipped with a microwave oven, 2 ceramic hob and a dishwasher. From the kitchen, a staircase leads up to the 2nd floor, where the bedroom and the walk-in wardrobe are located. Right next to the kitchen is the living room with a cosy sofa bed, dining area, flat-screen TV, stereo system and DVD player. From here you have access to the sunny south-facing balcony with table and chairs, while the bedroom offers a cosy bed for dreaming. In the basement of the house there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, an ironing board and iron as well as a sauna (for a fee), which can be used communally.
